hey there,
so I know you said you have no one to talk to but I really suggest you try a friend if you can or go for counseling or something. Eating disorders are about how you think and feel and it's going to be very difficult to fight against your mind by yourself, if you get what I mean. As in, you need support for recovery. Of course I'm here and the rest of TH, but it helps to have someone in real life, you know? Stress can play a role in how the eating disorder develops and even if you can find a way to vent to a friend or writing in a journal so you get it off your chest and maybe your urges won't be as strong, that can make all the difference. But also, it's important to work on the disorder itself and that I think would need a professional
