I'd check your state laws before going. I know here it's illegal to get them done before the age of 18 now. So, even if had parent who would sign for you, still could not get it.
Mine is only about 2 inches height & width; and cost my $40. And is a little below the wrist on my forearm, so I can imagine it'd be around there.
