Some of these ones are silly . . . but some I've actually used.
- I used to be crazy, I take my pills now, like a good little girl
- The cat/dog/rabbit/goldfish (yes, I have said goldfish)
- Someone tried to kill me (this one is actually my favourite, I just leave it at that and either walk away or move the conversation along)
- I'm a stunt woman whose specialty is walking through glass windows.
- You know those signs that say, ‘Do Not Feed The Bears’? They put them there for a pretty good reason!
- I fell
- (and there's always . . .) This one time at band camp . . .
