Where do you get off treating people like that?! I don't care who you think you are, it's called having basic respect for people. And my appointment was first a**h*** but thanks for making me wait while they dealt with both you and your wife so that they could get rid of you. They are some of the nicest people, and NO ONE deserves to be treated like that.

I calculated my grade myself and I know I deserve the A- because I missed the A by less than one percentage point. Thanks for rounding me up anyway.
