Thanks, I have took a couple of online anxiety tests which have all said I probably have anxiety. I have no idea when I will start counselling as no one has told me anything more about it. I have been thinking about asking my friends what they think, but I don't know how to bring it up in conversation and I don't want to worry them as they have there own stuff to deal with :/
