The fact that it's you is the only reason I'm not pissed. I can't hold anything against you. As much as I don't want to admit it, I'd be open to certain people asking me that, you're one of them, but if you want to stay as far out of this as possible, I'd suggest not even asking how I am anymore and I will miss that because you're the only one who ever asked.
