Thank you so much, that really helped. The thing is is that it's the doctors and my parents that have all my life told me to lose weight because I'm bigger than the other kids. I don't want to feel like everyone is judging me just because I'm bigger than them so I really just want to lose weight. I've tried dieting but I also cave in and it's so hard to exercise with my knee but I'm scared that I'll get so overweight...I already feel like a monster...
