Hi there.

I'm sorry you're going through this but thank you for reaching out to us.

Weight doesn't decide whether or have an eating disorder. My sister is anorexic and yes she's Ben underweight and is only just at a healthy weight but I have EDNOS and Bulimia and I'm not underweight. So don't let that fool you. Oh clearly struggle with your eating and this could be an eating disorder. I can't tell you whether it is or not because I'm not medically trained but if you want a diagnosis you need to see your doctor or a psychiatrist.

Getting help can be hard but it may also be well worth it. Seeking help from friends, us and family just a great thing to do. But you could also look into getting professional help from your doctor, a therapist, a CPN, an eating disorder specialist, a dietitian and a psychiatrist. You've just get to be honest and make them all aware of what's going on so you get the help you need. You don't deserve to be alone okay?

If you ever need to talk or anything then please feel free to PM me anytime. Happy New Year.

Hopes and wishes,
Jessie
