My friend talking to the teacher wasn't necessarily a problem (seeing as I trust her like a second mother), but the telling my parents is. I'm scared of how they'll react and I'm too much of a weak p***y to tell them myself. I'm also scared in case they ask exactly why - I know why, but they won't understand. Thanks for the list - I'll try some of them.
Thanks for your support and understanding. I try to forget, but when so many little things (e.g. mint mouthwash, slamming doors, raised voices, anyone touching me etc) keep reminding me it's difficult and sometimes it gets too much. I'm on a waiting list for counselling at my school (seeing as both my parents think it's pointless and don't want more appointments to take me to) for both the assault and
