Hey there,

As far as I know, if you were born biologically female and have had reassignment surgery, it's not possible for you to get a girl pregnant naturally. While you have male genitalia, your body will not produce sperm. However, if you were born biologically male and are a trans female who still has male reproductive organs, it's possible for you to get a girl pregnant without the use of protection.
