she cried herself to sleep,
she prayed and she hoped,
she covered every mark and bruise,
all to keep the secret of dads devil,
she only knew shouting and arguing,
she only knew hate,
dads devils made sure of that,
she learned the hard way,
she learned to keep it a secret,
dads devil was her secret,
his devil lived in the fridge,
cans and bottles of it,
dads devil she called it,
he used it to drown his demons,
dads devil destroyed her,
she only knew hate and never love,
dads devil
she was daddys evil seed.
