Scorecard for yesterday: 2/4. Ah, it's a holiday weekend! Plus yesterday was Canada day!
Continue to eat in moderation. (did this successfully yesterday)
Drink in moderation. (kind did this, drank three drinks over six hours)
Take my meds. (didn't take them yesterday. Gonna take one of them after I make this post)
