I'm happy because:
- I'm alive
- my family is alive and well
- my friends are alive and well
- I'm healthy, I don't suffer from any diseases and I was born all healthy
- I've never experienced an accident or a traumatic event
- I live in a country that is not in war
- I have a home to come back to, food to eat and clothes to wear
- I have plenty of clean, fresh water to drink
- I have the possibility of studying and receiving education
- all the babies in my family are healthy and are developing well
