I've probably asked this before but I'm curious if anyone knows of any good books that are depressing, hard hitting or deals with tough topics.

Things about suicide, self harm, depression, anxiety, grief and abuse?

I'm in a weird reading mood and have only been wanting to read these types of books.

I'm tempted to try A Little Life at some point because I've heard it's devastating but it's also 720 pages.

Suggestions would be awesome!
