Most substitutes contain the vitamins in place of meat, but talk to the doctor about this change in diet. Make sure you can consume soy products, otherwise it's way harder. It can be done, I did it without soy, but it was harder on planning meals to get the nutrients.

I was thinking about the pescatarian diet today actually and I looked into it. I do love a good fish and chips.
