Tomato Tortellini Soup is not my recipe, but by Kelli Foster, Food Editor for Plan & Prep content for Kitchn
It looks delicious and is described as comfort food, which is perfect for winter weather when it's howlin' outside. We have most of the ingredients except swap chicken broth for turkey broth, neither do we have expensive Parmesan cheese. In which case, ordinary Cheddar would be just fine.
