My overall goal is to just build muscle and keep increasing the weight numbers I lift per exercise. The UK lockdown can make it kind of annoying to do, so every lockdown I aim to have a new goal by the next one occurs.

For example, my previous goal was to reach a 40kg cable bicep curl, which I achieved. So now my next one for when gyms reopen is to increase my barbell squat beyond 60kg. In order to make sure I can do that well, I've been spending my time at home working on improving my glute muscles and making sure my hip flexors don't seize up with all this sitting. Nobody wants to be squatting with an underactive backside and overactive hip flexors.
