My recent activity has been on a satisfying level, but I aim for more. It's just so difficult to motivate myself now that I have to work out at home - gyms and even open-air sports courts are all closed.It's likely I'll be taking running exams in the summer, so I think it's high time I start preparing. My current time is 3.40 mins and I need to reduce it to 2.
