Hello Ariel,
I am so sorry about this and hope that you will be okay soon. I don't have this, you can always talk to me if you want to when you are having a hard time, I am always around. When you are having a hard time with this try to take a few minutes to get you're mind off of this so that you can be okay soon. Try going for a walk around you're house or reading or putting on a funny movie or TV show or I know that you enjoy drawing, maybe try this or something else that you enjoy doing and hopefully you are feeling a little bit better. Sending you hugs to help you.
