I need to do a better job at maintaining a night-time routine, and hopefully doing so will help me fall asleep faster and sleep better.

Ideally, I would like to shut all electronics down, do some final cleaning in the kitchen, take my meds, get in bed, and read.

I'm trying to read light material on my kindle so that, when I put it away, my brain isn't getting overworked and I fall asleep sooner.
