I met my therapist/coach today!!! -

She's so kind and understands lots of things, not just anxiety and depression but autism too. She was very funny and made things easy to understand and was very flexible about how she can help me. I'm still nervous but I'm feeling way better about the whole thing and it seems like maybe I will actually be helped.
