Yes! I'm so bad sometimes that I'm so involved with the scenarios in my head that my physical actions start to take hold from what I'm thinking. I've had a few people point out to me I'm 'muttering' to myself or doing weird facial expressions. But that's because I'm locked in my own thoughts of something going on in my head.

A lot of my scenarios are ones that I'm part of the cast in a TV programme because it's 'real'. Or I think of scenarios I wish would come to pass, but don't. Other times I get really bad ones from my past where I've been triggered by something, and I get locked into a past event that didn't even happen, because I was triggered by a real one.

I've done it for as long as I can remember. I find it helps pass the time sometimes, and I find it quite enjoyable. I try to be more conscious of when and where I do it though, especially if I know others are around me because I don't want to come across as weird.
