If management informed us of the blackout dates BEFORE the DAY they cut off taking vacation, and didn't bark orders while nitpicking the little things, they might have better retention rates. He left, everything changed, and 95% of the people jumped ship. You might be part of the reason why...

2 days, then one day off, before the week I've been dreading. I'm working 6 days straight and/or getting jury duty. Do you even LOOK at the schedule before you post it, or do you just not give a shit if you work me to the point that I literally walk out the fucking door?!
