I'm LEARNING and you NEVER specified HOW they needed to be done; even after reviewing EVERY ticket I put in for MULTIPLE shifts. I'm allowed to fuck that up, and I'd throw back that you are supposed to check the ticket BEFORE it goes in, and NOT chase me down just to correct me in the middle of a room full of people!
