I have sensory processing disorder and very annoying/loud neighbors. I eventually got earplugs so I could sleep, but I had to get the smaller size or they didn't fit right and/or fell out. They don't completely cancel the noise out, but I was surprised how well they work. I also use them at the movies, so I can still hear everything fine, but it's a lot less loud.
