Ok, so I am not sure exactly what this term is or if it's been thoroughly researched yet. But what I mean by "social media scrambling" is that you open up one of your Social Media accounts — typically Facebook and Instagram — and you get posts from 10+ days ago.

Why does this happen? Does it happen to anyone else? Do you find it annoying?

I find it a little insensitive too, considering this might be happening to others.

(Enough said.)
