You were either a therapist in a former life, or you've been through something incredibly traumatic that's none of my business. I'm relying on a trauma response/survival mechanism and trying to be as minimal a pain in the ass as possible. But, I'll try not to blindside you so much without constantly coming to you with everything. Because, you can say it's fine all you want, I can't trust it.
