Breasts can grow at any time in a woman’s life due to hormone fluctuations.
An E cup isn’t that big, please don’t bash my J cups… Please no body shaming!
If you want to keep your breasts small, then you’ll need to stop drinking milk, because that fills them. Doing push-ups can burn breast fat if you’ve overfilled them.
AND an E cup is the same size as a DD, and an F cup is the same size as a DDD.
