Hello,
So...I just got home from inpatient after 18 fucking days, which is my longest stay compared to 10 days. I'm still on wound care, sharps restriction, and wrist/thigh checks. I take 6 pills in the morning just for my mental health...damn. I see my boyfriend for the first time in 20 days today(I was at the ER for 1). Right now it's 1:32am in my state, so I should be asleep, but I'm up, worried. My bf is making me gifts, but Idk what to make him. We're doing early valentines day since we can't see each other tomorrow. My anxiety is really high right now, so I'm trying not to scratch, can someone give me some quiet, subtle, coping skills?
