I got diagnosed with so many disorders while I was in my last program.
Ex:
Second Neurodevelopmental disorder, PTSD, GAD, mood disorder, Impulse-control disorder, etc.
I can't help but repeat myself
"I know it's not your fault"
Still lately, I begin to shake
For no reason at all
