Hi William welcome and we're here to help each other!! Ho w much is too much it all depends on each of us some of us are bigger than others and each presents a different condition. Maybe at ur age u have probably stopped growing. In my case I was taken to the doctor to check hormones levels and stuff like that. As far as the rest u just have to be confident with what u got doesn't matter what others think. If u gonna find a partner he/she gonna like u for who u are .
