okay so this one is gonna blow your mind
or your waistline if you have no self control lol
oh and uhh this isnt for lactose people

anyways
okay so this is for 2 people
you need
1 banana
4 oz ricota cheese
2 slices of bread
1/4 cup nut butter
2 teaspoon maple syrup
okay toast your bread
while its toasting mix up the cheese and butter and syrup in a bowl
then cut the banana in half and then into planks
uhh you know long ways
not rounds
anyways
then when the bread is done toasting put half of the stuff in the bowl on one slice and half the stuff on the other
then put the put the flat banana cuts on top of that
just eat 1 of those remember its meant for 2 people
its really good so your gonna wanna eat 2 yourself but you cant because its like a million calories
trust me!!
