I hope I can, my erections are rly hard and firm and last a while if i don't masturbate to calm it down so i'm afraid that I won't be able to keep it down and cant do anything if i have an erection. Also Vorsorgeuntersuchungen is essentially the german word for a health checkup that is done for general physical wellbeing but also to help test for certain diseases or illnesses that may be hereditary or difficult to treat if not spotted early on. I'm going to make another post in a few minutes about my health issues/fears but yea it's essentially an appointment to try to catch those diseases early on before they become too advanced. Preventative checkup is the english term for it from what i can tell.
