I’d 100% talk to your provider about this especially because you’re getting lightheaded and need to sit down. Tell them the blood pressures you had in the hospital. If you have a blood pressure monitor for home you can continue to monitor it, but note that if you’re anxious while taking it it can actually cause your blood pressure to increase. Are you staying hydrated?
