Hello, I am sorry about what you have been going through and hope that you will be okay soon. Can you try talking to someone who you trust about all of this so that they can help you? Try not to be too hard on yourself you have a lot going on. Try finding a little time for yourself and do something fun and then ask to talk to someone when you have time. Sending you lots of  to help you to feel better.
