Hello there,

My advice would be to set some boundaries between you and your co-worker. Let him know that he shouldn't expect a quick response from you or have to video call if you don't feel comfortable in doing that. It is concerning as he is so much older than you and you are still classified as a minor, so he can get into a lot of trouble if he is grooming you.

I would suggest speaking to your manager and parents about what is happening so they will be able to help you speak to your co-worker about setting boundaries and keeping you safe.
