I have dyspraxia and autism as well, and it does make things harder socially, I often find I cannot tell when someone is joking or being serious.

Could you consider going to college part time? I know you are in the uk, and most colleges in the UK offer free maths and English courses, and generally the classes are quite small usually about 10-12 students per class, and theres always (in my experience) a tutor, and a learning support assistant. Going to college would not only give you something to do, but would also give you the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. College is not like school. You don't attend all day and from when I've attended maths or English at college the classes / lessons are roughly 2 and half hours long, with 15-30mins break.

College might be something thats like worth looking into. they have lots of different levels too, theres the foundation levels which are entry level 1-3, then the higher levels which are level 1-3. they will look at where you are currently working at and find a class that is most suitable to your needs and current working level.

Is there a YMCA near you in your local area? Quite often YMCA's offer things like youth clubs, mentoring, support groups, activities and some offer counselling too , and if need be supported living. It might be worth looking into if there is a YMCA near you and what sort of things they offer.
