I think the government would be the first to break down, which is extremely concerning. We rely on our elected officials to make choices that we ordinary citizens have no power to make. They lie to cater to us, to get our vote, their campaigns are built on false promises that never get carried out once they're finally in office. The honest people, for some reason, have no interest in being an elected official.

But I do agree with Emmie, everyone is going to lie no matter what industry they're part of. Retail, hospitality, government, finance. They're all going to lie because that's really the only way they're going to get any business. Small biz retail and hospitality will go as far as deleting negative reviews on Facebook and Yelp, just so they can keep the high ratings and make their business look good; even if behind the scenes is a nightmare.
