Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear what you are going through at the moment.
I can relate in some ways in regards to be constantly fatigued. I'm in a similar boat where I'm getting enough sleep, I eat quite well and I exercise, but wake up as if I haven't slept at all.
It can be hard for people to understand how we are feeling, especially if we are young and it's not visible.
The only advice I can give you is to sit down with your Mum and explain to her exactly what you are experiencing and how her words make you feel. Seeing your GP make help you get a proper diagnoses as well.
