2 Pounds Green Pepper
2 Pounds carrots
1 Gallon Mayonnaise
2 cups vinegar
1 Cup sugar
3 tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon Pepper
This is for a whole school serving lunch so you will have to narrow it down for smaller portions..
