Wow. Just, wow. You really have no idea what it's like to be a woman at all, to understand the painful hormonal imbalance that comes after pregnancy. Like P90sK said, this case is reminiscent of Andrea Yates, who struggled with severe postpartum depression and took the lives of her children back in June 2001. Like Andrea, Lindsay reached out to clinicians multiple times and got turned away. Both spouses were not supportive, dismissed their wives' concerns, and were not present to provide support to give them a break.
Like Andrea Yates, Lindsay Clancy needs to be hospitalized indefinitely so she can receive the proper treatment for her illness. Give her some grace.
