I'm sorry to hear that you've been through this.
Is there anyone you can talk to about how you're feeling?
A trusted family member or teacher.
If you're too afriad to tell them directly, you could always write them a letter or print this thread out.
Also, could you tell your doctor about you're eating habits?
He/She could give you Alternatives from binge eating, and the outlines of healthy eating and exercising for you're height and weight.
But if you'd just like to vent about stuff and try to map your thoughts, there is many people, including myself, more than willing to help you.
