Your Campus Tour has been booked.

Dear Sabrina,
Thank you for your interest in visiting The University of Western Ontario.
You have been booked for a campus and residence tour starting from inside the Cronyn Observatory on Tuesday August 18, 2009 at 1:30 PM.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a previously booked tour, please inform us by replying to this confirmation email (liaison@uwo.ca) or by telephone at 519-661-2100 (option 2, option 3).
The tour will begin with a brief question and answer session with your guide and a Liaison Officer from Undergraduate Recruitment. If you would like to meet with a Liaison Officer before or after your tour to discuss specific questions, please call us at 519-661-2100 (select option 2, option 3) to schedule an appointment (available Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm).
Your tour will last approximately 3 hours and include a visit to at least two faculties (depending on the most requested academic areas of the group), a library, the University Community Centre, a traditional-style residence and a suite-style residence.
If required, a complimentary parking pass will be provided on the day of your tour. Park in the visitor designated lots closest to Cronyn Observatory (Alumni/Thompson Lot or Weldon Lot). Upon arrival, please mention to the attendant that you are here for a campus tour and they will direct you accordingly. You may be asked to pay a $12.00 (maximum) deposit but when you leave any deposit will be returned in exchange for the pass distributed during your tour. We apologize, but we are not able to refund parking charges at campus meters or non-attended lots.
Additional parking information and campus maps can be found at http://www.uwo.ca/parking/map.html
If you require driving directions to Western, please visit the following webpage: http://communications.uwo.ca/about/directions.htm
Please let us know if you have any questions and we look forward to seeing you at Western!
