Hai hai!!!
I've been a knuckle cracker for... 4 years I think? Something like that. It's gotten worse. I now crack my toes, knuckle, wrist (sometimes), and neck. It freaks ppl out! I don't know if it is an addiction or not. Gimme your opinion. And any advise as to stopping helps! ( but if I don't crack my knuckles or neck, they hurt and my neck gives me a headache and I get migraines)
