Don't feel sick. This is something that could really end up helping you, and once you get it out, it will feel so much better. It might be difficult to say, but remember the reason why you're telling them this; because you want help. They can't help you if they don't know what's going on. Before you do it, take a deep breath, relax your muscles, and get it out in the open. Hopefully it will be for the best!
