It sounds like your mom is not stable at all and would not be able to take care of this baby.
This may be a bit dramatic, but to prevent that baby from going through what you went through, once this child is born you should call Child Protective Services and have the baby put in a different home, maybe put up for adoption so a caring family can take care of this baby, because your mom cannot with the way she is right now. She needs to get some help if she is going to take care of a child.
