Lightbulb Mint cookie recipe? - February 5th 2010, 02:13 AM
Anybody have a real good mint chocolate cookie recipe? Like, chocolate, with a touch of mint flavoring? I'm thinking about making my boyfriend some for Valentines day, but I wanted to get a nice, simple recipe, since I'm cookingly-challenged.
(If you have one for high elevation, that would be FABULOUS since I live at 7000 feet...if not, it's all good, high elevation only makes cookies more flat, but doesn't affect the taste)
