Your just (like everyone said) a late bloomer.
From a female stand point I understand.
I didn't get my period until I was 16.
My breasts didn't grow more till I was around 17.
It really annoyed me. Since every other female was over and done with growing.
But don't worry about it too much is my point. =)
If it really bothers you then ask your doctor.
I'll do whatever it takes to be the mistake you can't live without.
