I've been seeing my doctor on and off for a few years about quite serious depression and anxiety issues. I also told her about my paranoia, and how I (irrationally) feel like people are watching me all the time.

She's now referred me to CAMHS. I'm just a bit worried because that seems a bit more serious than I first thought.
Is it? I honestly don't have a clue.

Has anyone else been referred to them? Thanks.
