Often rapists can't help themselves, same as sex addicts or porn addicts or even some serial killers, these people often need help to control there actions. To be fair pisces did say "sometimes" but it kinda seems like you are defending rapist's actions... if someone is aware that they are a rapist they should have the decency to get help for themselves. I think all women should be able to feel safe walking alone but that isn't the case.
